Helen Hart

Helen M. Hart, of Columbia, MD, passed away on Sunday, September 8th, 2024, at the age of 69. She was predeceased by her loving sister, Janice Hart; and caring parents, Howard Malcolm, and Ardis Pearl Hart. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Jim Phillips; sister, Kathy (BJ) Snooks; and Janice's children, Koby Keller and Aubre Hart.
